Our worship services are rich in contrasts: we like our traditions – we use liturgies, we pray, we take Holy Communion each week, and our worship leaders wear robes – yet we take a fresh approach each Sunday to praising and honoring our Lord.
We are certainly reverent in how we approach our worship, yet we are full of joy and like to laugh as well. We have a choir and a bell choir and a wonderful Music Director, yet you might hear on an occasional Sunday the Gospel according to John, Paul, George, and Ringo.
We have four worship services each week -- three on Sunday morning and one on Wednesday evening. The 8am and 11am services on Sunday are more traditional in that they include more sung and spoken liturgy. The 9:30am is more of a blended service with some contemporary music included on occasion.
The worship on Wednesday is held at 7:00pm. During the school year, we also include a dinner at 6:00. The Wednesday worship is held in our original Sanctuary, creating a very intimate environment. The service itself is relaxed and interactive, and it includes Holy Communion.
