Our worship services are rich in contrasts: we like our traditions – we use liturgies, we pray, we take Holy Communion each week, and our worship leaders wear robes – yet we take a fresh approach each Sunday to praising and honoring our Lord. We are certainly reverent in how we approach our worship, yet we are full of joy and like to laugh as well.
Sunday at 8:30 am - Traditional Worship Service
Our 8:30 worship service is our more traditional service in the sense that we use Lutheran liturgy to frame our worship experience. This means a bit more sung and spoken liturgy throughout the service as compared to the 11:00 service.
Sunday at 11:00 am - Family Worship Service
Our 11:00 worship service is geared more toward families in that we replace some of our traditional liturgy with a children's message. We also offer what we call "Children's Church" for kids between ages 3 and 9. During the sermon time, the children are invited to our Fellowship Hall to enjoy an interactive worship experience designed especially for them. Our children will often help close the service as well.
Mask-wearing is now optional at all church events.
