The choir started with nine members and as it grew, so did the number of octaves of bells. There are currently 25 members in two choirs, with five octaves of bells and five octaves of hand chimes available to play. Cathy's degree is from the University of North Texas in music and she is now retired after teaching 26 years in the public school system. Cathy enjoys reading mysteries, cooking, swimming, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends.
