Rev. Mark Hadley, Senior Pastor
Pastor Mark joined the staff of Shepherd of Life in January 2011 after a 21-year career in professional theater management. He held the position of Director of Adult Ministries here at Shepherd of Life until October 2017, at which time he was ordained. Pastor Mark is a graduate of Texas A&M University, earning both a B.S. in Psychology and an M.B.A. Pastor Mark has been married to his bride Lanell since 1993, and they have adult two daughters, Harper and Piper. He is an avid soccer fan and loves to root for his adopted team in England, Tottenham Hotspur.


Stephanie Howard, Director of Chiildren, Youth and Family Ministries
In addition to being the church's Director of Children, Youth and Family Ministries, Stephanie also serves as the Director of the church's preschool, Little Shepherd Children's Center. Stephanie and her husband, Kenny married in 2006 and have four children; Kamryn, Johnston, Bennett and Bradlea Kate. Her children are involved in theater, high school hockey, club hockey, gymnastics and many other activities.
Stephanie and her family are Dallas Stars fans. Stephanie has worked as Director of Children, Youth and Family Ministries for many years, and has also taught Prekindergarten, and worked as a Preschool Assistant Director. When Stephanie isn’t working, she enjoys time with her family, volunteering, hiking, attending hockey games, and traveling.

Andrea Wolz, Business Administrator
Andrea is a wife and mother of 3 girls. Her oldest has graduated from college and her twins are in middle school. As you can imagine, her family keeps her very busy. She likes to come to work at church for her “me time” and stimulate her creative side by designing the bulletin and newsletter and doing whatever administrative work that is needed. Andrea is a self-described nerd, who loves science. When she is not working at the church or spending time with her children, she loves to read sci-fi/fantasy books or relax with her husband watching the same on television.


Bruce Siefken, Director of Shepherd's Pantry​
Bruce met his wife Judy when they attended the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. They both grew up on farms in southeast Nebraska. They have one adult son – Christopher. He is married to Amanda, and they have two delightful daughters – Harlie and Lillian. They moved to the Dallas area upon his graduation in Construction Management. Bruce worked mainly as an estimator in commercial construction for 8 years, then decided to pursue his master’s degree in Information Systems. Bruce retired after a 22 year career as a systems programmer for several companies. He began helping at Shepherd’s Pantry occasionally and then became an ‘every week’ helper after about 1 year. After retiring from work and volunteering for about 5-1/2 years, he accepted the position as director in 2022. Bruce enjoys reading, walking (hiking when he has the opportunity), and spending time with Christopher and his family several times a year. He does a little woodworking and enjoys watching his Husker sports.​
Eddie Creel, Music Director
Eddie has served as Music Director at Shepherd of Life for over 30 years. He is retired from John Peter Smith Hospital in Ft. Worth, where he served as team leader in a Cardiac Progressive Care Unit. Eddie also collects exotic animals from all over the world as a hobby.


Cathy Dismore, Bell Choir Director
Cathy joined Shepherd of Life in 2000 and soon after, due to generous donations, the church purchased a two-octave set of bells. She was asked to direct our first bell choir. The choir started with nine members and as it grew, so did the number of octaves of bells. There are currently 25 members in two choirs, with five octaves of bells and five octaves of hand chimes available to play. Cathy's degree is from the University of North Texas in music and she is now retired after teaching 26 years in the public school system. Cathy enjoys reading mysteries, cooking, swimming, kayaking, and spending time with family and friends.
Fred Woehr, Facilities Manager
Fred grew up in New Jersey in the 50’s and 60’s and joined Boeing Helicopter in 1973, where he worked for 34 years. Fred met his eventual bride Connie in 1978 and they were married in 1981. They moved to Texas in 1995. Their family consists of three children -- Elana, Maya, and Freddy, and five grandchildren -- Zachary, Samuel, Timothy, Hannah, and Rebecca. Fred and Connie joined the Shepherd of Life family in 2010, and Fred became the Facilities Manager in 2013. Fred’s hobbies include sprint car racing, and taking care of his grandsons and his dogs.
