Nursery
The nursery at Shepherd of Life is open to provide a loving and safe atmosphere for our youngest disciples; up through 3 years of age for both our 8:30 am and our 10:00 am service each Sunday with Mrs. Sarah.
Our caregivers have long experience in childcare, first aid and CPR training. Our youngest disciples in the nursery use the curriculum Play-n-Worship to learn about God with a Bible story, music and an age appropriate craft.
If you need assistance finding our nursery, please ask a greeter, they will be happy to assist you.
Children's Sunday School
Children's Sunday school is for students age 3 through 5th grade and meet at 10:00 am. All of our students begin together for fellowship and prayer, then split into age appropriate classes (ages 3-Kinder, 1st-3rd grade, and 4th & 5th grade) for Bible story, crafts and video. Our Children's Ministry uses the curriculum Celebrate Wonder.
Youth Sunday School
Our youth meet during the 10:00 hour for Sunday school in the education building. Youth Sunday school is for grades 6th-12th.
Shepherd of Life's Confirmation program is led by Pastor Mark, our Director of Children, Youth & Family Ministries; Stephanie and Tina (youth Sunday school leader).
Confirmation meets once per month on Sunday evenings from 6:00-8:00 pm for dinner, fellowship, games and Confirmation lesson.
Students begin their Confirmation studies in 6th grade and are confirmed in 9th grade. Confirmation is held monthly during the school year. Our Confirmation students are encouraged to attend a week of camp to enhance their spiritual growth at Ebert Ranch Camp.
